Testosterone Replacement Therapy
in Tempe, AZ
Endless Vitality provides physician-supervised testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at 1845 E Broadway Rd, Suite 116, Tempe, AZ 85282. Eligible patients complete lab work, meet a licensed provider by video or in person, and receive a personalized TRT plan with ongoing monitoring. The clinic also serves Phoenix-area patients by telehealth.
Hormone levels naturally decline as we become older, which may affect how you feel day to day. Provider-supervised hormone optimization may support healthy hormone balance when clinically appropriate after a medical review of your health history and labs.

Benefits of Hormone Optimization
Some patients report changes like these; individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed. This is not a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Discuss your goals — including sexual health, mood, sleep, and body composition — with a licensed provider, who prescribes treatment only when clinically appropriate. If a hormone is compounded for you, compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
Hormone Optimization for Women
A woman's hormones shift through her 30s, 40s, and the perimenopause and menopause years — and those changes can quietly affect energy, mood, sleep, libido, and body composition. At Endless Vitality we look at the full picture — estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, and the small but important role of testosterone in women — and build a personalized, lab-driven plan prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider.
How Does Hormone Therapy Work?
Hormone therapy may help support hormone levels within a healthy range when clinically appropriate. Before you begin, you must have your hormone levels evaluated multiple times, after which one of our providers will create a personalized treatment plan for you.
Blood Testing
After our patients fill out their medical intake forms, we draw requisition for a blood draw to be done at a lab convenient to the patient or can help facilitate someone to come to your office to do the blood draw. Results are sent back to us and the patient. We have negotiated a rate for our patients to access these labs at a fraction of the cost of going directly to a lab.
Hormone Report
Within 3-5 days, our lab issues a hormone report to our doctor. We run a full male and full female hormone panel so your provider has the complete picture to build your personalized plan.
Telemedicine Visit
After blood results return from the lab, we schedule a telehealth or in-person visit with our physician licensed in your state to go over the readings and a plan of care for treatment. The patient then has the option to come directly into the clinic where we dispense medication or we have the medication shipped directly to your doorstep.
