Care delivered through telehealth is also governed by our Telehealth Informed Consent, including its state-specific notices. We do not guarantee any particular treatment, prescription, or outcome. Payment, Fees, and Refunds
Consultation fees, lab fees, and treatment costs are disclosed before you incur them. Consultation fees cover the provider's professional time and are generally non-refundable once the visit has occurred, even if no prescription is issued. Prescriptions and Pharmacy
