How Endless Vitality Works
Endless Vitality is a physician-supervised clinic in Tempe, Arizona, at 1845 E Broadway Rd, Suite 116. Care starts with a medical history form and lab work, followed by a real visit with a licensed provider. If treatment is appropriate, patients may begin testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, or medical weight loss, with medication shipped to eligible patients. Telehealth is available in 48 U.S. states, excluding Oregon and Rhode Island.
The 5-Step Process
Medical intake
New patients complete a health-history form so the care team understands symptoms, goals, and medical background.
Lab work
Endless Vitality provides a lab requisition. Patients complete bloodwork at a local lab. Results typically return within a few days.
Provider visit
A licensed medical provider reviews the labs and health history in a video visit or in person at the Tempe clinic. This is not an automated questionnaire.
Personalized plan
If treatment is appropriate, the provider may recommend TRT, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, or a combination based on labs and clinical judgment.
Follow-up and medication
Eligible patients can receive prescribed medication by mail from licensed U.S. pharmacies. Follow-up labs and visits are used to monitor progress and adjust care.
