Hormone Optimization
for Men and Women
Hormone levels naturally decline as we become older. When your body's hormone levels are low, you'll have trouble maintaining your health. The good news is that, in the vast majority of cases, hormone imbalances and losses can be reversed.
Benefits of Hormone Optimization
Hormone Optimization for Women
A woman's hormones shift through her 30s, 40s, and the perimenopause and menopause years — and those changes can quietly affect energy, mood, sleep, libido, and body composition. At Endless Vitality we look at the full picture — estrogen, progesterone, thyroid, and the small but important role of testosterone in women — and build a personalized, lab-driven plan prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider.
How Does Hormone Therapy Work?
Hormone therapy helps you restore your hormone levels to a healthy range. Before you begin, you must have your hormone levels evaluated multiple times, after which one of our providers will create a personalized treatment plan for you.
Blood Testing
After our patients fill out their medical intake forms, we draw requisition for a blood draw to be done at a lab convenient to the patient or can help facilitate someone to come to your office to do the blood draw. Results are sent back to us and the patient. We have negotiated a rate for our patients to access these labs at a fraction of the cost of going directly to a lab.
Hormone Report
Within 3-5 days, our lab issues a hormone report to our doctor. We run a full male and full female hormone panel so your provider has the complete picture to build your personalized plan.
Telemedicine Visit
After blood results return from the lab, we schedule a telehealth or in-person visit with our physician licensed in your state to go over the readings and a plan of care for treatment. The patient then has the option to come directly into the clinic where we dispense medication or we have the medication shipped directly to your doorstep.
Common HRT Questions
What is hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) restores hormones that have fallen out of balance back to a healthy range, using physician-prescribed treatment. At Endless Vitality in Tempe, AZ, we treat eligible men and women with dosing personalized to your bloodwork, symptoms, and goals.
How do I know if I need hormone optimization?
A simple blood test tells you. When your hormone levels fall out of balance, it often shows up as low energy, low libido, poor sleep, mood changes, or brain fog. If your labs and symptoms point to hormone levels that are out of balance, you may be a good candidate for hormone optimization.
How is hormone replacement therapy administered?
Your provider tailors the form, dose, and schedule of treatment to your labs and goals, with regular monitoring to keep your levels optimized.
How much does it cost to get started?
It starts with your lab work, then a telehealth consult with your provider to review your results and build your personalized plan. The cost to get started is $225 for men and $325 for women (labs and consult).
How soon will I notice results from hormone replacement therapy?
Many patients feel improved energy and mood within the first few weeks. Gains in libido, strength, and body composition typically build over the following months as your levels stabilize.
Is hormone replacement therapy safe?
When prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider, hormone replacement therapy is well-established. We run regular bloodwork to optimize your levels and watch key health markers, keeping therapy safe and effective.
Do you offer hormone optimization for women?
Yes. We help women navigate the hormone changes of their 30s, 40s, and the perimenopause and menopause years with a personalized, lab-driven plan. Care is prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider and built around your bloodwork, symptoms, and goals.
